GSuite (Google Apps) Free edition

Prior to December 6, 2012, Google offered a free edition of Google Apps—also known as the Standard edition—that had a reduced set of business features. As of December 6, 2012, Google stopped offering Free edition to new customers. If you already had the Free edition, you can continue using it for free. Or to receive the full set of business features, you can upgrade your account. See below for your options.

Existing Free edition customers can:

Keep using reduced business features for free

If you signed up for Google Apps before December 6, 2012 and have been using the Free edition of Google Apps since that time, you can continue your service for free, without any change in service. The fact that we discontinued the Free edition for new customers had no effect on existing customers of the Free service.

Upgrade to G Suite Basic

If you're currently using the legacy Free edition but would like to get additional business features like 24/7 support, upgrade to G Suite Basic. You can try G Suite Basic for free for 30 days. Then, either set up billing to continue using the additional features, or downgrade back to the Free edition.
